Academician Alexey Arbatov (Center of International Security at IMEMO), Roald Sagdeev (University of Maryland), President of RAN Alexander Sergeev, Senator Vladimir Lukin and Vice President of the ASF Marina Sakharov-Liberman, among others, took part in the sessions.

The Organizing Committee for celebrating Andrei Sakharov’s centennial lists diverse events, dedicated to the famous scientist and dissident. Members of the Organizing Committee, which included representatives from the Sakharov Center in Moscow and the ASF, take an active role in preparing many of these events.
